Douglas Durst gets real on his last stint as chairman of REBNY.

The Gotham Organization has revealed amenity spaces at The Suffolk, a 378-unit residential tower at 55 Suffolk Street on Manhattan's Lower East Side.

Brandywine announced Thursday it is partnering with a global institutional investor to fund the $287 million tower, which will be built at 3025 JFK Boulevard. The investor's identity was not disclosed.   A second tower, the East Tower, is on the horizon too. The two towers will be linked by Highline park. The development firm, founded in 1913 by carpenter Nathan Picket, is led by his grandson Joel Picket and Joel’s son David Picket. Amenities in the Far West Side building would include a pet spa, bike room, Amazon package storage and a terrace on the 45th floor. Handel Architects is the architect of record.
