NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- New charges against a bomb-maker in connection to the 1988 attack on Pan Am Flight 103 over Lockerbie, Scotland are expected to be unsealed by Federal prosecutors, according to a report.
The Wall Street Journal reports that top bomb-maker for the late Libyan dictator Moammar Khadafy, Abu Agila Mohammad Masud is accused of constructing the explosive that downed the airliner and killed all 259 onboard and 11 others on the ground.
There were 190 Americans among the victims.
Currently, Masud is being held by Libyan officials but the Justice Department said it is seeking to have him extradited to stand trial in the US over the next few days.
