New York City brace for two back-to-back snowstorms this wee

New Yorkers are bracing for two more snowstorms this week; on Tuesday and Thursday 
The first storm is expected to bring about one to three inches of snow, while the second could bring between two to four inches on Thursday and in some parts of New York, up to 6 inches is expected 
Meanwhile, residents of cities like Chicago, Milwaukee and Des Moines, woke up to temperatures around 0 degrees Monday morning amid a polar vortex
