Switzer Daily Nick Raphaely Nick is a Co-Founder and Co-CEO of AltX. He has a background in 1st mortgage lending dating back to 2012, and has overseen the underwriting of over $1.1bn of loans. Prior to this, Nick’s background was in investment banking at Merrill Lynch International (London, Sydney and Melbourne) and in funds management. Nick has an MA (Law) from Cambridge University (UK) and a Bachelor of Business Science Degree (1st Class Honours with Distinction in Economics) from the University of Cape Town (South Africa).
