Mega-sites in Bergen, Burlington and Gloucester counties were already scheduled to be closed on Monday. Bergen County also closed their vaccination site for Tuesday. Appointments that were scheduled for Monday and Tuesday will be honored Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday with proof of the original appointment, spokesperson Derek Sands said. State officials did not say when Tuesday's appointments would be rescheduled. Individual health care providers will be reaching out via phone, email and/or text to reschedule, Gov. Phil Murphy said. Murphy asked New Jerseyans to call the state's vaccine call center — 855-568-0545 — for information if they hadn't already been contacted.
