BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — There are no current plans to bring any of the people fleeing the conflict in Afghanistan to North Dakota, state officials said. The North Dakota Department of Human Services, who oversees the Refugee Resettlement Program, said the process is actually quite extensive.
