The AIUDF created noisy scenes in the floor of the house after Speaker Jatin Goswami denied the demand from the AIUDF to discuss the withdrawal of the contentious farm bills. The Winter Session began today from 9.30 AM in accordance with the Covid 19 protocols in the state. After the Question Hour and the reading of the Business Advisory Committee report were conducted, the tabling of different government bills on the Assembly floor began in the session. As per reports, the members on the Chairperson's panel under Rule 9 (1) of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business were also announced in the initial hours of the Assembly.
