Api Koroisau has been fined another $15,000 over player bubble breach 
Blues star had invited a woman to his team's hotel in Sydney and Brisbane 
The woman involved claims she was never contacted by NRL authorities 
He was originally fined $35,000 and hit with a two match suspension 
She doesn't believe the two-match suspension is a significant deterrent
