KLKN-TV February 26, 2021 2:52 pm GRAND ISLAND, Neb. (KLKN) — Troopers with the Nebraska State Patrol (NSP) have taken two people into custody after seizing six pounds of meth. Around 9 a.m. Thursday, one trooper saw a Nissan Versa blow past a stop sign after exiting I-80 at the Hampton interchange. Upon pulling them over, the trooper reports detecting “criminal activity” and searched the vehicle. The trooper found the six pounds of meth, divided into five bags, in the rear passenger area. Less than an ounce of marijuana was also found.
