A New York City school principal has apologized for sending around an anti-Israel email to staff from her school account but only after it prompted a furious backlash led by the head of the city school system. Four hours after New York City Schools Chancellor Meisha Porter tweeted Saturday demanding an apology for the 'poor judgment', MS 136 Principal Amanda Bueno said sorry to staff in an email. She wrote: 'As the Principal of a diverse school community who is committed to social justice causes and human rights concerns, I want to apologize for using school email to strongly communicate my personal views and not being as inclusive and mindful of other perspectives as I could have been.
