Obit: He helped pioneer the modern food truck scene in Syracuse Updated Mar 10, 2021; Posted Mar 10, 2021 Steve LeClair of Steve's Street Eats food truck serves Luis Mike of Syracuse at his location at the corner of West Fayette and Geddes streets in 2012. His Street Eats food truck served more “gourmet” items like chicken adobo tacos, burgers with strawberry rhubarb bacon jam, and a sandwich called The Kraken (balsamic-marinated veggies on a ciabatta roll with feta cheese and pepper and sunflower seed pesto). And lots of specialty cupcakes.
