Deputies said James Alexander Miller is considered armed and dangerous. On Dec. 18, deputies were called to the 7600 block of Ruebens Drive just before 9:30 p.m., where they found Bobby Lee Carter Jr., 14, and Robert Smith, 20, both dead from gunshot wounds.
