By: News 9 The state has reached an agreement to return Oklahoma's stockpile of hydroxychloroquine for a refund, Attorney General Mike Hunter announced Friday. The agreement is with FFF Enterprises, and they have agreed to return the full purchase price paid for the medication last year to the Oklahoma State Health Department. OSDH purchased the medication at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic after the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) granted emergency use authorization (EUA) for the drug as a treatment for the virus. The FDA later revoked the EUA, the state health department asked the attorney general's office to help.
