LEWISTON — Solar developers from New York have proposed a 20-megawatt, 101-acre solar array off of Sabattus Street. The Planning Board will take up the $29.1 million project Monday night. “This is by far the biggest solar project we have in Lewiston; most of the other projects we’ve approved are anywhere from 1 to 4 megawatts,” David Hediger, director of planning and code enforcement, said Friday.
