Oliver E. Rich, Jr. Named Special Agent in Charge of the San

He most recently served as the chief of staff to the deputy director at FBI Headquarters in Washington, D.C.    Mr. Rich joined the FBI as a special agent in 2004 and was assigned to work white-collar crime and national security investigations in the Houston Field Office.
