Internal strife between CPS Energy’s chief executive and several of its lawyers over the utility’s winter storm-related legal strategy led to the departure of its three top attorneys, documents obtained by the Express-News indicate.
On Tuesday, CPS confirmed the attorneys had lodged what it termed “complaints” against CEO Paula Gold-Williams in the days leading up to their departures.
