"The past few months have been a challenging time for Oncor, for Texas, and for the ERCOT market. The historic winter weather we experienced in February led to a 70-hour load shed event and a number of operational challenges. I recognize the anger, frustration, and devastating struggles our customers, and Texans all across the state, experienced as a result of this crisis.
