Daniel Cleggett, the founder of A Vision From God LLC, which operated sober homes in Boston, Wakefield, Quincy and Weymouth, allegedly overcharged for a client's room and board. He was also indicted for defrauding a state-run energy conservation program and a federal COVID business relief fund.
