(KOLD News 13) - An organization that advocates for minority communities has sent a letter to Gov. Ducey asking him to prioritize the COVID-19 vaccine to the Latino community in Arizona. The Arizona Latino Legislative Caucus says communities of color in the state have been disproportionately impacted by the pandemic and have been the hardest hit by the virus.
