But when it comes to the Oscars, agents might be the new secret weapon. The proof is in the December 2020 branch count from the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. It shows that the organization has passed the 10,000 mark in members for the first time ever and that the Oscars will have more than 9,000 eligible voters for the first time in more than 75 years.
