Over three tons of trash collected from just one beach at La

LAKE TAHOE, Calif./Nev. - A disgusting amount of trash was left behind by 4th of July partiers at Zephyr Shoals, an unmanaged stretch of beach just north of Zephyr Cove Resort. Volunteers from Keep Tahoe Blue collected an astonishing 6,279 pounds of litter from that small section of the beach.
