Grove asked Boockvar to share the guidance that was sent to counties with House Republicans, and she told him to file a Right to Know request. Republicans said it's important for that information to be made available to the public for the sake of transparency and understanding, which build trust with Pennsylvania voters. "If they don't trust the process, they won't trust the results," said state Rep. Dawn Keefer, a Republican from York County. Hours before she testified, Boockvar said the Pennsylvania election was transparent. "It's time for truth," she said in a statement. "The ongoing assault against facts & our democratic process must end -- it goes against everything we stand for in this country. Our counties ran a secure & exceptionally transparent election & the people have spoken."
