/ WSIP AM 1490 | CBS Sports May 12, 2021 | 11:08 AM Early Monday morning around 1:00 AM, Perry Co 911 received a call of a pedestrian being struck by a vehicle on Kentucky Highway 15. According to Police, a woman was traveling on Kentucky 15 during the heavy rain and struck the pedestrian before she could come to a stop. The Perry Co Coroner’s Office identified the pedestrian as Thresa Hurley of Vicco, who was in her mid-60’s. She was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Coroner’s Office. No autopsy will be performed because there was enough evidence to rule the cause of death. Weather conditions are believed to be a contributing factor. No charges will be filed.
