100 (not)parkruns during this Covid-19 pandemic. Prior to that, I had notched up 136 parkruns at 22 different locations, including one in Italy (Florence). I even tracked an unofficial one down in Malta and ran that (but it doesn’t count!)
I’ve also run various 5km, 5mile, 10km, 10mile and a few half marathon races. And that doesn’t include joining the Mid Essex Casuals (a running club) and running various trail events from 3 miles to 14 miles in various conditions from blistering sun to freezing cold, pitch-black, rain-lashing, windy, muddy nights and falling into ditches! “Why on earth do people exercise? What’s the point?"
