Pictured: Suspect, 16, who 'shot' Marine in Times Square is

Avon Darden, 16, handed himself over to cops at the Midtown South Precinct station house on Wednesday 
He was seen being led on a perp walk to Manhattan Supreme Court later in the evening to face a charge of attempted murder
Darden is accused of shooting and injuring a marine in Times Square in June
Samuel Poulin, 21, was hit in the back by a ricocheting bullet as he walked with his family near the Marriott Hotel on W. 45th St. around 5.15pm on June 27 
The young Marine was hospitalized after the shooting but was luckily not seriously injured 
Because of his age, Darden was reportedly charged as a minor for a number of crimes including attempted murder and assault
