Plano police badge(Tom Fox / Staff Photographer) Officer Brittany Feagans of the Plano Police Department has been recognized for leading the city’s department in drunk driving enforcement, after making a total of 92 DWI/DUI arrests in 2020. Nineteen of those arrests came in the month of December alone. Only three of them were crash-related, meaning she likely prevented other crashes, according to the department. Feagans joined the department in 2015 and was hit by a drunken driver herself in 2019. She pledged to keep drunk drivers off of the streets, according to the department.
