Today, cloud ERP vendor Plex Systems is announcing its acquisition of Kors Engineering. Kors is a 40+ year old firm with a 20-year partnership with Plex.
This deal provides a number of OT (operations technology) capabilities and services from Kors that complement Plex's IT solutions.
