One man is dead and two others are injured following a hit-and-run crash along Interstate 75 in Cincinnati Saturday afternoon. Jack Smith, 64, was killed after pulling over to help a driver who crashed her car along the interstate, police said. Smith and two other people were slammed into by a pickup truck following that initial crash. The driver of that pickup truck then fled the scene on foot.
