Louis Rhyne, 41, was arrested on Dec. 29 on the 10700 block of East Crystal Falls Parkway in Leander after anonymous tips delivered to Capital Area Crime Stoppers. Investigators previously signed an arrest warrant for Rhyne, who is facing charges for aggravated assault on a police officer. His bond is set at $1 million. According to police, this charge is in addition to three outstanding felony warrants for motions to revoke personal recognizance bonds for burglary of a vehicle with two or more prior convictions, theft of a firearm and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon.
