Harker Heights' residents want street paved These Harker Heights residents say the city have been telling them they will make permanent fixes for over five years. Potholes and street cracks dominate the path. It's something that has David Mcelyea, a resident there for over 48 years, upset. "It’s like riding out in the woods," he said. "I believe I’d rather ride in a cow trail than this. That’s our issue, it tears up a lot of our vehicles. Its just not pleasant to ride down at all."
