The West Windsor Planning Board unanimously voted to approve the site plans. The site is located along Washington Road and Route 1 and is near the Delaware and Raritan Canal. Subscribe The planning board approved the application but with a few conditions, that will be made available once the resolution is adopted in June. The plan includes 379 graduate housing units and a 180,000 square foot Raquet center for Lake Campus North. The housing units will include bike storage rooms, a cafe, a kids' playroom, community room among other amenities.
