The top three floors of 1011 Walnut St., a downtown Boulder building that’s home to fully leased office condos on the upper floors and the shuttered Brasserie Ten Ten restaurant, sold this month for $11 million. The Boulder-based seller of the 20,554-square-foot space, which includes suites 200, 300 and 400, was 1007 Walnut Street LLC, represented in the deal by Becky Gamble with Dean Callan & Co. Suite 100, the Brasserie Ten Ten space, was not included in the deal.
