Sources said the agency Arc Worldwide would now handle Unilever's retail and e-commerce work. The account is worth more than $30 million in annual revenue to WPP, sources said. The consumer-goods giant Unilever has moved a large chunk of its North American advertising business from the holding company WPP to Publicis in a major hit to the largest ad network. Four people with direct knowledge of the matter told Insider the Dove and Ben & Jerry's maker has concluded an agency review it launched in 2020 by choosing the Publicis agency Arc Worldwide Chicago, a division of Leo Burnett, to lead retail advertising in its largest market. The assignment concerns in-store advertising, event marketing, and, most importantly, e-commerce.
