Purchase helps eliminate development threat in Maroon Bells-

A nonprofit organization called the Wilderness Land Trust acquires private property within designation wilderness areas throughout the West and transfers the land to public land management agencies. Its latest acquisition was in the Maroon Bells-Snowmass Wilderness.
