Qatar- Ashghal launches QR616m infrastructure project in Umm

Doha: As part of efforts to provide integrated infrastructure, advanced roads and utilities across Qatar, the Public Works Authority (Ashghal) has begun the implementation of the first package of the Roads and Infrastructure Development Project in Umm Slal Mohammed, located at the west of Al Shamal Road.
Eng. Ali Ashkhanani, Head of North Areas Section at Roads Projects Department of Ashghal, said the project will serve 623 plots of citizens' subdivisions in Umm Slal Mohammed. He added that integrated infrastructure will be constructed with advanced services along with internal streets to improve streamlined traffic flow and linking with public utilities to be constructed in the area in future.
