Responsibilities To plan and conduct assessments and investigations into notifications or enquiries (the Enquiries) concerning the impairment, performance or conduct of a legal practitioner under the Act and other professional standards. Request, obtain and analyse relevant information relating to the Enquiries and if required, interview key witnesses and third parties.
