After the international summit of leaders in Paris focusing on helping African economies recover from the Covid-19 pandemic, we examine the new "Alliance for Entrepreneurship" that was announced. The International Finance Corporation (IFC) is putting $2 billion into the project, which seeks to boost small and medium companies around the continent to create employment and growth.
