That will make a hundred times the difference for us,” he said. “That is really going to take a lot of pressure off of us.” Effective at midnight on April 4, restaurants can resume bar seating, allow alcohol service without purchase of a meal and once again sell alcohol after 11 p.m. Those establishments that self-certify can raise indoor dining levels to 75% occupancy.
