Restraining-order hearing for Dodgers' Trevor Bauer pushed back again By Zac Wassink | Last updated 7/28/21 Last Friday, the civil hearing for the temporary restraining order against Los Angeles Dodgers ace and reigning National League Cy Young Award winner Trevor Bauer was pushed back to this coming Monday after attorneys representing the 30-year-old and a woman who said Bauer sexually assaulted her mutually agreed to delay proceedings. ESPN's Alden Gonzalez reported Wednesday, however, that the hearing has been rescheduled to Aug. 16-19 after Bauer's team requested a continuance. Gonzalez added this additional delay gives Bauer's side time to prepare for cross-examining witnesses and may also allow the City of Pasadena Police Department to complete its criminal investigation.
