Reviewed by Tony Cummings With Joanne Hogg and Dave Bainbridge much in evidence on several tracks this debut for the session-seasoned drummer has much of the haunting, billowing Celtic mood of lona. But there are other delights as well. The gruff Ibo singing of Ben Okafor on "Christ Be In Me", the droning E-bow of Stuart Garrard on "The Lord Reigns". The Joanne Hogg led "Christ Be In Me" catches the ears, but throughout the feel is of sensitivity and worshipful restraint unusual for an album fronted by a drummer. A rich investigation of musical textures by seriously gifted musicians.
