"Our country is different from USA, UK... we need a model which takes care of all 140 crore people. And there are 50-60 crore people whose income is very less and living a dignified life is a challenge for them," Gopal said in presence of Union ministers Ashwini Vaishnaw and Arjun Meghwal.
