Messed up some but remember some rooms where the sort of nothing happens and. The. Letters are. Going to be. Bad and then if there are some question of evidence that people have. Been that there was an answer and thats why republicans have the image they may want it done here but they voted for the senators and their sent a senator 6 their job. As sent in the constitution to. To advise. And eventually vote here. I agree with robert here i but i dont really care what Lindsey Graham says i but who cares mcconnell i dont care what they say about this i care what it says in the constitution i care what is legal and what is not legal here and so when a politician says its neither here nor there in the situation go ahead. Yeah. Its legal and its constitutional theres a big difference between this year and 2016 the democrats couldnt get the votes in the senate to get their nominee its. Yeah well what what the big elephant in the room here that were not discussing is for many years now the democrats have been using the courts to try to change not just american law but American Culture they couldnt when at the ballot box for example referendums in the most liberal states in the country like california they would lose to the voters and so it was important for them to get judges who would override the will of the voters and impose laws which is what happened and i work for a president George Herbert walker bush back in that day the republicans would appoint a conservative and then to be nice theyd appoint a liberal because the democrats couldnt get their own on the Supreme Court so david souter was put on the Supreme Court but you dont have that today donald trump was elected because he said ill put conservatives on the Supreme Court was one of the main reasons people voted for him many fold an upset in the election so hes kept his promise hes kept his word and hes got the votes so hes doing it so when you say conservative judges i think we may should make it clear were looking at original lists ok now not not using the constitution to get the laws you want but to in to interpret be. Laws as that was defined by the constitution so i think we have always have to make it clear you know. Make those things look good toward that if you get 70 votes in United States and if you get a majority of house representative yet the white house and do you think legislature is behind you in order to do Something Like the courts or in the filibuster or to get rid of the Electoral College we would need to do those things because you have the sort of political majority that would be available to fix the problem. In the case of asking the court that doesnt that doesnt apply i mean Electoral College we separate but doug no i mean that this of the the constitution does not determine the number of justices matter but with had more than 9 at one point in time in history ok though the consensus for a very long time it was a 150 years now has been 9 now we know that Franklin Delano roosevelt in 137 tried to do it and his own party ball it him but in and biden becomes president there is nothing in the constitution would bar him from appointing more just than he can do its ok its not even legal job but here yeah yeah thats the scary thing.
