A slice of the Caribbean could be brought to the centre of Devizes under plans for a rum café and bar. Muck & Dunder, run by couple Michelle and Stuart Field, is waiting to hear if a planning bid to change the use of 20A The Brittox, which used to be the Beehive antiques store, has been approved by Wiltshire Council. During the week the bar would be a cafe, selling brownies and coffee. At the weekend it would be transformed into a bustling bar with ideas to run rum tasting sessions, occasional live music and even the odd salsa session.
