The 79-store has committed more than $5 million in additional annual wages and a total of $12 million since the end of 2020. All Rutter’s team members will see a wage increase, with fulltime team members earning nearly $30,000 per year. Rutter’s store managers can earn as much as $110,000 per year, and restaurant managers as much as $99,000 per year, with bonus.
