The state's American Rescue Plan Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief, also known as ARP ESSER, application received the stamp of approval, the department announced Thursday, bringing an additional $374 million to schools. With this final disbursement, the state will have received $1.1 billion to help schools recover from the impacts of the pandemic.
