On Monday, Curator Coffee announced a new 1,000 square-foot location at the Thousand Oaks Shopping Center on the North Side. Curator Coffee started as a pop-up coffee cart serving locally roasted coffee and ceramic art made by San Antonio artists. The new brick-and-mortar location expects to open the first quarter of 2021. Yuli Chang, the coffee shop's owner, left a finance job in early 2020 to pursue her coffee passion. Chang earned a certification from the San Antonio Barista Academy before launching Curator Coffee.
