Santa Rosa Mall in Mary Esther, Florida might include more new apartments : vimarsana.com

MARY ESTHER — As part of a “very preliminary vision,” officials who oversee the Santa Rosa Mall are thinking of replacing a large rear section of the mall, including its food court, with hundreds of apartments.
If that happens, the displaced food court operators and some store operators would be able to move to other mall spaces that are currently vacant.
That’s according to Breck Kean, vice president of development for Rea Ventures Group of Atlanta.
Rea Ventures Group and the mall’s owner, New York City-based Radiant Partners, worked jointly to develop the new, 229-unit Renaissance Santa Rosa Apartments in the old Belk space on the mall’s northwest side.
