Police responded to the accident at the Mossrock and Robin Hill intersection around 8 p.m. When they arrived, they found a 35-year-old man with a gunshot wound to his upper body and head injuries from hitting the windshield from the crash. The man was pronounced dead at the scene and has not been identified by police.
