Scottish bagipe rockers Red Hot Chilli Pipers perform virtua

They wear red socks and black kilts. They play bagpipes. And they rock. They’re the Red Hot Chilli Pipers and though they hail from Scotland, they’ll be at your virtual screen at 7:30 p.m. March 12 thanks to the College of Lake County’s James Lumber Center for the Performing Arts.
