Senior Specialist, New Business Development--Hunger and Live

Summary
The Senior Specialist, New Business Development will support program development and resource mobilization efforts within the Department of Hunger and Livelihoods (DHL). You will lead and support selected program development opportunities, particularly U.S. government-funded opportunities, and will collaborate and coordinate closely with department technical and senior leadership and the Portfolio Growth and Performance (PGP) department to acquire new competitive funding. You will work across the department to pre-position and pursue key public and private funding opportunities, primarily through gathering intelligence on upcoming opportunities, building relationships with key country offices and donors, organizing/managing proposal teams, writing and submitting proposals, and managing/fostering relationships with key partners.
